Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Pune for a Senior Field Sales Representative. The individual in this position will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client visits, presenting and promoting the company’s industrial products and services, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a proactive approach to build long-term relationships with clients and expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the industrial or technical products sector
• Strong knowledge of industrial goods such as UPS systems, voltage stabilizers, transformers, laser consumables, or similar products
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and market research
• Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within the Pune region for client meetings and site visits
• Technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain complex industrial products
• B.E Electrical / Electronics having at least 2-3 years of Experience in Online UPS, Servo Controlled Voltage Stabilizer, etc. products.
