Senior Field sales manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and performance-driven Senior Field Sales Manager to lead and grow our field sales operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base in the [IT/technology] sector. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, a solid background in IT sales, and a passion for developing high-performing sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to drive growth in new and existing markets
• Identify high-value prospects and key enterprise opportunities
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
• Represent the company in client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field sales.
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets, especially in the IT or technology space
• Deep understanding of IT products/services such as software, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or e-commerce services.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proficient with CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
