Collaboration: Working with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments. Attending Events: Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and promote the brand.
