As a Field Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to visit skincare, cosmetic, pharmacy, and lifestyle stores, and ensure Taupe’s products are successfully placed on their shelves. You will represent the brand, explain product benefits, and negotiate placement or consignment agreements with store owners/managers. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit relevant retail stores across Chandigarh and Mohali. Pitch Taupe’s product range and brand story to store managers or owners. Negotiate shelf placement, consignment, or purchase terms. Ensure smooth onboarding of the store (product samples, rate list, POS support if needed). Report daily store visits and placement updates to the team. Collect on-ground insights and share with the team regularly. Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or pharmacy sectors. Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English. Confident in approaching and pitching to new retailers. Must own a smartphone and preferably a two-wheeler for local travel. Familiarity with Chandigarh and Mohali retail geography is a plus.
