Job Description

In [ India ], you will be managing [4] sites hosting over [3000] people for our client, which is one of the few companies worth more than one trillion US dollars. The Asia Pacific region plays a crucial role in our client's success, with 65 offices across 13 countries. Your role at JLL will involve supporting the spaces that enable our client's business to thrive, kick-starting your career by managing some of the world's most inspiring office spaces with nearly 10 million square feet of office space across Asia. Role Overview: - Providing onsite support: You will work closely with the Site Manager, ensuring all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained. You will also provide admin support, including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination. - Meeting the clients facilities needs: You will identify and address the facility-related inquiries and requirements of clients and suppliers onsite. Your planning and budgeting skills will be essential for the procurement of vendors and services. - Making everyone safe and risk-free: Your role will involve maintaining workplace safety procedures, managing risk management programs, and disaster recovery plans. You will also be responsible for following escalation and incident reporting procedures. Qualifications Required: - Passion for service: Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields is required. Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements, critical facilities, and vendor management is essential. - Team player: You should have a proven track record of flawless project execution and working well with others.
