Senior Executive(Oncology) - Sales & Marketing

Role Description

Looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our Sales team specializing in Medical Oncology. The candidate will be responsible for promoting medical oncology department of the hospital to the Oncologist, Surgeons and other healthcare professionals. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a good understanding of the oncology therapy area.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To Increase Referral business by maintaining healthy relationship with relevant healthcare professionals.
• Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service lines.
• Goals and timelines for closing new or enhanced physician referrals.
• Goals and timelines for growing referral volumes based on new or established physician and outreach relationships.
• Promote our oncology service to oncologists, pharmacists, surgeons and other healthcare professionals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets for assigned territory and products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other stakeholders.
• Organize product presentations, scientific meetings, and CMEs to create awareness and drive engagement.
• Ensure timely reporting of sales data, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Keep updated on the latest developments in oncology therapies, competitor services, and treatment protocols.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree / MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• 02 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.

• Oncology experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of oncology market dynamics and treatment guidelines.
