Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Oncology) - Sales & Marketing. The person will be responsible for generating and managing referrals from healthcare professionals, developing marketing strategies to increase the business and maintaining relationships with key referral sources. Duties and Responsibilities To Increase Referral business by maintaining healthy relationship with relevant healthcare professionals. Demonstrating or presenting services of hospital to doctors, pharmacists and other relative professionals. Meeting up monthly targets. Identify target markets in accordance with organizational strategy utilizing familiarity with hospital operations and existing reporting, tools and dashboards. Evaluate and interpret market utilization data and market demographics, including market share data for primary or secondary facility service lines, ensuring that sales priorities are identified for both physicians and patient populations. Interpret current physician referral patterns, trends, and financial margins, ensuring that sales resources are optimized. Develop sales and retention strategies for target markets and facility service lines. Goals and timelines for closing new or enhanced physician referrals. Goals and timelines for growing referral volumes based on new or established physician and outreach relationships. Maintaining image (community-centered, patient-first, leading-edge provider). Enhance the presence of the hospital in the identified markets by focused market development initiatives in these regions (including organization of CMEs, sponsorship of medical conferences, regular visits to doctors to promote the Hospital). Preferred candidate profile Experience in sales, marketing, and relationship management Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of healthcare industry and referral marketing Ability to analyze data and identify referral trends Excellent organizational and time-management skills Bachelor's degree / Post Graduation degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Previous experience in healthcare sales is a plus Oncology experience is mandatory Interested candidates can send in their application on priyanka.tawade@suryahospitals.com OR can come for walk-in interview between 10 am - 4 pm

The candidate will be responsible for promoting medical oncology department of the hospital to the Oncologist, Surgeons and other healthcare professionals. The role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and a good understanding of the oncology therapy area. Ensure timely reporting of sales data, customer feedback, and market intelligence to management. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement brand strategies and promotional campaigns. Keep updated on the latest developments in oncology therapies, competitor services, and treatment protocols. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree / MBA in Marketing is a plus. 02 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in oncology. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach. Oncology experience is mandatory Preferred Skills Understanding of oncology market dynamics and treatment guidelines.
