Senior Executive/DM -MarTech

As a Martech Professional you will be working with the dynamic Brand & Digital Marketing team of PVR INOX, India's leading exhibition company. This exciting role offers the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge Martech tools and drive innovative marketing strategies. You'll develop and execute comprehensive database marketing strategies to engage and inform our audience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyse customer behaviour using industry-leading Martech tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive database marketing strategies to engage and inform our audience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted campaigns
• Leverage Martech tools to analyse customer behaviour , preferences, and trends
• Optimize customer journeys and experiences across touchpoints
• Drive personalized marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement and retention
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging Martech technologies
• Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives
• Devise new and innovative ways to drive engagement and transactions to meet business objectives

Tool Management

Stay Up-to date on new features, 100% usage of all capabilities for most optimized campaign results using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP, Tableau, Personalization tool, Domain reputations.

Data Process Management

Enhance data quality within Salesforce by implementing regular data cleaning and validation processes. And introduce monthly SOPs to be enforced to ensure Data cleaning, credits review & other validation processes.

Optimized Campaign Management

Run optimized and successful campaigns by creating engaging Content, develop effective Journeys & Automations to improve engagement and ROI and enhance customer segmentation using Salesforces data analytics and segmentation tools.

Report Generation & presentation

Improve the ROI of marketing campaigns by leveraging Salesforces analytics and reporting tools including Datorama, Tableau and Marketing cloud.
