Job Description

Qualifications

Education: MBA in HR.
Experience: 2+ years in Trainings, Learning & Development.

Requirements

Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
Understanding: Good understanding of Training and Development.
Location: Dharamshila Narayana Hospital, Vasundhara Enclave, New Delhi.

Job Responsibilities

Ensure the efficient design and delivery of Training, Learning & Development programs.
Responsible for designing and implementing monthly and annual training calendars.
Actively engage employees and ensure a lasting understanding of the culture & values of NH.
Implement overall Talent Development programs of the hospital.
Ensure the best employee experience by organizing employee engagement activities.
Handle grievances & employee counseling, including their social issues
