Role & responsibilities Meet or exceed Ocean forwarding revenue, volume, and sales coverage targets according to the sales plan. Candidate should have experience of USA tradeline. Actively manage Ocean Customers to push our Ocean product capabilities to ensure that we meet our Ocean product budget. Achieve the GP budget for the ocean at the Zone level. Identify and select target customers from various sources and develop a sales plan to achieve the market plan. Ensure pricing requests are justified and conform to freight forwarding pricing guidelines with a balanced emphasis on net returns. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of weekly sales calls, and participate in the formulation of sales forecasts. Maintain an updated customer database, with appropriate profiles and segmentation. Interact with customers regularly, meeting commitments and achieving high customer satisfaction levels. Network with industry counterparts, such as forwarders, co-loaders, and Ocean carriers to understand the market and competitive landscape.
