Purpose of the role:-

The purpose of this role is to independently strategise on litigations, draft court pleadings, brief counsels, appear/argue before Civil / Criminal Courts at Pune and Mumbai and deal with police authorities as and when required.

Key Responsibilities:

1. To peruse documents and pleadings and formulate litigation strategies.

2. To prepare, settle and finalize, pleadings, drafts, notices pertaining to litigation proceedings and non-litigation disputes.

3. To handle all correspondence and notices with all external agencies

4. To advise on legal queries, problems and strategies

5. To be well versed with RERA and its proceedings.

6. To brief counsels and senior advocates.

7. To deal with and appear with police authorities.

8. Day to Day Court appearances, filing and arguments.
