Job Description

Job Purpose

Support in managing, monitoring & controlling planning process & system compliance. The role involves analysing SAP/system data, co-ordinating with respective stakeholders, support in preparing MIS, release dashboards and control project, initiatives.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

Co-ordinate with project stakeholders to Prepare maintain project report monitoring
Manage and Control schedule, document flow, procurement tracker
Monitor, analyse progress and report delays with forward action path
Develop, maintain & track documents, various deliverables, vendor bills, action tracker, punch points etc.
Collect, analyze, and interpret system / SAP / site data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
Prepare detailed reports on plan vs actual.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor planning activities
Identify opportunities in existing systems and develop plan for process improvements.
Assist in developing and implementing different strategies to meet organizational goals
Track & monitor budget approved vs spent.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., projects, Finance, and procurement) to ensure alignment of requirements
Ability to identify inefficiencies in traditional processes and propose innovative digital solutions
Support in digitization initiatives of the department
