Senior Executive- VIP Relations

As a Senior Executive-VIP Relations at Games24x7, you will be a part of our Relationship Management program, where your primary focus will be on building and nurturing strong relationships with our valued Players. Your role will involve understanding their needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth and long-term partnerships. You will serve as the main point of contact for all player inquiries, issues, and escalations, providing timely and effective solutions by collaborating with internal teams such as marketing, product, and support. To excel in this role, you must possess exceptional multi-lingual communication skills along with strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and product skills. A proactive and strategic mindset will be key as you develop and execute strategic player relationship plans to enhance engagement and loyalty. Analyzing player feedback, staying abreast of industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities, and maintaining accurate player records are some of the essential responsibilities associated with this position. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 60% aggregate and have proven experience in relationship management, account management, or player-facing roles. In-depth knowledge of Rummy and other card games is mandatory for this position. Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, excellent time management abilities, and a results-driven approach towards player satisfaction and business growth are also required. Moreover, this role demands strong language skills, including native-level fluency in at least one of the following: Marathi, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Odiya, or Kannada. Additionally, proficiency in both written and spoken English is crucial for professional interactions, and conversational Hindi skills are preferred for everyday situations. Experience in cross-selling and upselling initiatives, familiarity with Call Center/BPO functions, and prior experience as a Relationship Manager for SaaS or Gaming-based companies would be advantageous.
