To excel in this role, you must have a minimum qualification of 12th grade or graduation, be fluent in Hindi and at least one of the following languages: Bengali, Odiya, Kannada, Tamil, or Marathi. Additionally, you should possess a good understanding of computer handling and basic tools such as MS-Excel and Word, excellent communication skills, effective team coordination abilities, and be self-motivated and result-oriented.
