Senior Executive

• A Senior Executive in Ranchi focusing on Personal Loans (PL), Business Loans (BL), Home Loans (HL), and Loan Against Property (LAP) plays a key role in loan origination, customer handling, documentation, and ensuring timely disbursals and compliance for multiple loan products.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new clients and generate leads for PL, BL, HL, LAP through field visits, referrals, and channel partners.
• Engage with prospective clients, explain loan product features, and guide them through the application and documentation process.
• Collect and verify loan documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with organizational and regulatory policies.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and sales teams for quick processing and disbursal of loans.
• Maintain updated records and regular sales reports, providing feedback to management and suggesting process improvements.
• Achieve sales targets and support marketing/promotional activities in the Ranchi area.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation in any discipline, 1–4 years' experience in loan sales or financial services preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationship management.
• Sound understanding of loan product documentation and workflow.
• Self-driven and result oriented, with knowledge of local market.
• Proficiency in sales reporting and basic computer applications.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
