The position holder will be an individual contributor

Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients

Ensure that clients are using and derive benefit from IndiaMART

Key Responsibilities :

Achieve weekly, monthly sales and client retention targets

Prompt resolution of client complaints

Daily 18-20 client video meetings and call discussions

Accurate mapping of products/services in clients e-catalog

Systematic follow-up with the clients to ensure time-bound closure

Critical Skills of a Suitable Candidates :

  1. Application of sales techniques
  2. Good Verbal and written communication
  3. Ability to multi-task and work independently
  4. Should have a laptop and regular WiFi connectivity
