Senior Executive - Technology (Regulatory Compliance)

As a Senior Executive - Technology (Regulatory Compliance) at MCX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various directives of SEBI in the technology domain. Your responsibilities will include: - Periodic review of Technology Compliances with various directives of SEBI given by way of Act, Rules, Regulations, Circulars - Assessment of compliance implications of circulars and plan for implementing technology compliances - Define process/procedures for new compliance and coordinate with senior staff for obtaining approvals - Co-ordinate with other exchanges and regulator on the new compliance - Draft the standard operating procedure for Member compliance and issue the circular - Automate the process for Member compliance and Drafting and review of Business Requirements and Coordinate with development team - Implement the new process, track the compliance, and generate MIS - Prepare the regulator reports and coordinate with senior staff for review and approval - Ensure timely submissions of regulator compliances and drafting responses on queries - Review reports and provide feedback for improvements - Preparation of agenda and ATR for the updating committee on compliances - Comply with the latest regulations and compliance requirements - Oversee the Member compliance related to Technology compliances recommended by the Regulator - Assist audits conducted by the regulator on the technology compliances - Address queries raised by SEBI/regulator and respond within stipulated timelines Qualification Profile: - Full-time B.E./B.Com/BSc Electronics & Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science from a reputed university/CA-System Audit experience - Good written and verbal communication skills - Interpersonal and collaborative skills - Must be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills - Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations - Ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines and work well in demanding environments Experience: - 3-6 years of relevant experience with a reputed IT Company/IT-enabled Services Company/System Integrator - Experience in Exchange/BFSI (Banking and Financial) Segment is an added advantage At MCX, you will find exciting and challenging career opportunities that will help you excel and grow in your career path.
