As a Senior Executive - Technology (Regulatory Compliance) at MCX in Mumbai, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the technology compliance standards set by SEBI are met effectively. Your main responsibility will be to conduct a periodic review of technology compliances based on SEBI directives, Acts, Rules, and Circulars. Your profile should include a Full-time B.E./B.Com/BSc in Electronics & Telecommunication/IT/Computer Science from a reputable university or CA with System Audit experience. It is essential to have 3-6 years of relevant experience in a reputed IT Company, IT enabled Services Company, or System Integrator. Experience in Exchange/BFSI Segment will be an added advantage. Your ability to communicate effectively, collaborate with others, think critically, and solve problems will be crucial for this role. You should be able to handle high-pressure situations with poise and manage multiple projects within strict timelines efficiently. Your daily tasks will involve assessing compliance implications of circulars, defining processes/procedures for new compliance, coordinating with senior staff for approvals, drafting standard operating procedures, and automating processes for member compliance. Additionally, you will prepare regulator reports, respond to queries, generate MIS reports, and ensure timely submissions of compliance reports. Your role will also include overseeing member compliance related to technology compliances recommended by the regulator, assisting in audits conducted by regulators, and addressing queries raised by SEBI within stipulated timelines. Your attention to detail, ability to adapt to changing regulations, and commitment to compliance requirements will be key to succeeding in this role.
