• Pre-Sales Support: Provided technical support to the sales team for evaluating site suitability of LPG installations.

• Design & Engineering: Prepared LPG manifold layouts, piping BOQs, and system drawings (Layout, SLD, P&ID) as per customer requirements.

• Project Initiation: Conducted joint site visits with the sales team and arranged kickoff meetings for smooth project execution.

• Project Planning: Developed detailed project schedules, resource plans, and budget estimates in SAP S4 HANA.

• Customer Coordination: Managed communication with customers for project scheduling, scope finalization, and progress follow-up.

• Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborated with Purchase, Finance, and other internal departments for material budgeting and approvals.

• Cost Control: Monitored and controlled project costs to ensure adherence to approved budgets.

• Procurement & Vendor Management: Planned procurement of internal/external materials and coordinated with vendors and installers for timely delivery and execution.

• Safety Management: Conducted safety risk assessments for high-risk jobs, issued PTWs (Permit to Work), and ensured compliance during execution.

• Project Execution & Commissioning: Coordinated with customers for job completion, performed safety audits, and organized safety training during commissioning.

• Technical Support: Supported technical trials and evaluations of new products, applications, and service offerings for customers.

• Documentation: Prepared and maintained all project documentation including audit reports, training reports, project handover documents, and SAP entries.

• Project Closure: Prepared project capitalization reports and ensured timely completion of invoicing and project closure activities.
