Job Description

Job Title: Senior Executive – Taxation
Experience Required: 10+ Year
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Executive – Taxation to manage and support direct and indirect tax compliance, tax planning, and regulatory requirements. The role involves handling GST, TDS, Income Tax, tax audits, and coordinating with internal teams and consultants to ensure accuracy and timely submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliances including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.
  • Assist in tax planning, assessments, and statutory audits.
  • Maintain and reconcile tax records, registers, and documentation.
  • Support in transfer pricing, tax assessments, and dealing with tax authorities.
  • Work closely with finance, accounts, and external consultants for smooth compliance.
  • Keep updated with changes in tax laws, regulations, and their implications.
  • Provide MIS reports and updates on taxation matters to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • CA/ICWA/CS inter-qualified or equivalent preferred.
  • 3–7 years of experience in taxation (direct & indirect).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax provisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems (SAP/Tally/Oracle).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and compliance skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Experience:
  • Exposure to multinational or large-scale corporate taxation.
  • Experience in tax automation tools and ERP-based compliance.
