Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Chooses the strategic direction and key areas of focus for marketing campaigns to promote Numerical Relays.
Determining the pricing strategy and key content of tender proposals to ensure they are competitive and meet customer specifications.
Decides on the approach and frequency of customer interactions, including negotiation tactics and relationship management strategies.
To understand their needs, conduct techno-commercial discussions, and convert opportunities into orders, ensuring the marketing efforts are aligned with customer requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

Technical Knowledge: Understanding of Numerical Relays and market trends in the MV and EHV sectors.
Marketing and Sales: Ability to develop marketing campaigns and prepare competitive tenders.
Communication: Strong skills in customer engagement, negotiation, and internal collaboration.
Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in market analysis and performance monitoring.
Project Management: Effective organization and problem-solving skills to manage multiple initiatives.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle field work and adapt to new technologies and market conditions.
