Senior Executive Recruitment Experience: 2 to 4 years Employment Type: Full Time Job Location: Hyderabad Shift Time: 9:00 AM IST to 6:00 PM IST Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, from sourcing to hiring, for various job roles within the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Actively source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals. Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications. Coordinate with the HR team to schedule interviews, manage the selection process, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Maintain and update the companys applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data and efficient recruitment processes. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the overall recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering results. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and other recruitment-related tools. Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to hiring and onboarding. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
