Understand the job requirements and draft optimal Job Descriptions
Advertise for vacancies on professional networking sites such as website, LinkedIn, online job portals and other consultancies
Locate and network with candidates who would fit into the required skills and culture of the organizationƒ ‡
Review resumes and screening candidate
Scheduling interviews by coordinating candidates and hiring officers
Negotiating job offers and compensation with candidates
Document and record the interviews.ƒ ‡
Roll out of offer letter
Perform a background and reference check.ƒ ‡
Connect with the new employees and conduct on boarding and orientation sessions.ƒ ‡
Coordinate training sessions if needed for the new employees.ƒ ‡
Conduct an exit interview
