Senior Executive - Quality

You will be joining Garware Technical Fibres (GTFL), a renowned manufacturer of high-performance technical textiles in India since 1976. As a Senior Executive - Quality based in Pune, your primary responsibility will be to supervise quality control processes and ensure the implementation of quality assurance protocols. Your role will involve conducting quality audits, collaborating with production teams to maintain industry standards, and identifying opportunities for enhancement. Moreover, you will be expected to deliver training sessions to enhance the team's understanding of quality practices. To excel in this role, you should possess experience in managing quality control processes and assurance, along with excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail. Proficiency in developing and executing quality protocols, as well as effective communication and teamwork abilities, are essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is required, and prior experience in the technical textiles industry would be advantageous.
