Job Description

Responsible for identifying, investigating & resolving user/ clients problems technically.
Responsible for understanding the customer requirement and subsequent preparation of suitable technical solution / presentation.
Responsible for providing POC (Proof of Concept).
Responsible for installation, configuration & execution of work within specified time the team.
Responsible for adequate support of warranty / post-warranty calls.
Responsible for follow-up of RMA issues with respective OEMs.
Responsible for preparing of all technical documents related to any projects & implementation.
Responsible for Periodic reporting and effective communication.
Responsible for onsite technical support to customers across all locations.
Responsible for All Compliances Customer related workplace, OEM/Supplier, people, Processes, and systems.
Responsible for transformation and Change Management.
Responsible for generation & retention of 3rd party vendor across the region.
Responsible for finding & fixing vendors for passive materials
