Inspect packaging quality to ensure damage-free transportation and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams for timely packing and shipments.
Monitor packing material stock levels and ensure timely procurement.
Supervise packing activities on shop floor and guide junior staff/labor teams.
Maintain packing documentation, weight & dimension records, and inspection checklists.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality policies during packing operations.
Ability to read basic engineering drawings and interpret packing instructions.
Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
