Role Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Operations to help us lay the foundation and scale our operational excellence across regions. This role is for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves solving problems on the go, and can build streamlined processes from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including partner onboarding, event coordination, logistics, and customer service
• Implement SOPs to manage safety, compliance, and operational consistency
• Liaise with adventure sport hosts, vendors, and field staff across India
• Monitor service quality, ensure smooth execution of events and experiences
• Work with tech/product teams to refine platform operations and backend workflows
• Track KPIs and suggest continuous improvements to enhance customer experience

Who You Are

• 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, travel, hospitality, or event management
• Excellent communication, coordination, and crisis-handling skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to hustle in a startup environment
• Comfortable with tech tools, dashboards, and multi-location coordination
• Passion for travel, outdoor activities, or adventure sports is a huge plus!

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
