Role Overview We’re looking for a Senior Executive – Operations to help us lay the foundation and scale our operational excellence across regions. This role is for someone who thrives in high-energy environments, loves solving problems on the go, and can build streamlined processes from scratch. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations including partner onboarding, event coordination, logistics, and customer service Implement SOPs to manage safety, compliance, and operational consistency Liaise with adventure sport hosts, vendors, and field staff across India Monitor service quality, ensure smooth execution of events and experiences Work with tech/product teams to refine platform operations and backend workflows Track KPIs and suggest continuous improvements to enhance customer experience Who You Are 2–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, travel, hospitality, or event management Excellent communication, coordination, and crisis-handling skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to hustle in a startup environment Comfortable with tech tools, dashboards, and multi-location coordination Passion for travel, outdoor activities, or adventure sports is a huge plus!
