Job Summary:

Senior Executive Operations and Service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage

    daily operations

    to ensure seamless service delivery across business functions.
  • Handle

    customer queries, escalations, and service requests

    in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor and maintain

    operational SLAs, TATs, and quality metrics

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, credit, and technology) to resolve service-related issues.
  • Ensure

    accurate documentation, record-keeping, and compliance

    with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
  • Support

    process improvements and automation initiatives

    to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • Prepare and present

    MIS reports, dashboards, and performance analyses

    to management.
  • Participate in

    internal audits and quality reviews

    to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Train and mentor junior team members to improve productivity and service standards.
