ü Hospital visits for empanelment

ü Coordination for agreement and rate list

ü Maintaining good relationship with hospitals of his/her region.

ü Coordination with hospitals for quicker discharges and discount negotiation on case-to-case basis whenever required.

ü Constant touch with hospitals through visits and calls as per guidelines framed, tracking, maintaining the record and reporting to HO

ü Helping in quick admission and discharge process by coordinating with hospitals for VIP customers.

ü Responsible for timely execution, delivery of health checkup requests from customer service/corporate relations dept

ü Coordination with Hospitals for collection of claims documents and other documents connected to claims whenever required

ü Close watch on outstanding claims of his/her region and coordination with claims/ Operation team wherever required

ü Monitor submission of claims timelines and follow up with hospitals for timely submission of claims and query responses
