Senior Executive - IT Commercial

As a Senior Executive - IT Commercial at MCX, your role will involve data entry in SAP system, verification of various documents like invoices, purchase orders, agreements, etc., and drafting approval notes/RFPs. You will be responsible for ensuring proper coordination with other internal teams on day-to-day operational issues and adherence to quality standards and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include: - Data entry in SAP system - Verification of various documents such as invoices, purchase orders, agreements, etc. - Drafting approval notes/RFPs - Ensuring proper coordination with other internal teams on day-to-day operational issues (attendance verification, installation reports, delivery challan, etc.) - Adherence to quality standards and procedures - Providing and maintaining compliance and audit documents as per SOPs and policies - Software license management - Document management Qualification Profile: - B.Com/M.Com/BA or other graduates with good academic records and working history - Experience in IT industry/IT enabled services/banking/financial services/stock or commodity exchange/broking firms Desired Expertise: - Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) - Hands-on experience with SAP system - Ownership and commitment to tasks, with a focus on understanding requirements and timely delivery - Good written and verbal communication skills - Team-oriented and enthusiastic about taking up new challenges and learning new technologies - Effective team management, interpersonal skills, conflict management, and team building abilities - Ability to work in a 9 to 5 environment, with flexibility to work during non-working days if required MCX offers exciting and challenging career opportunities for professionals who are ambitious and result-oriented.
