The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the recruitment process, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage time effectively to meet deadlines are crucial. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary, are required. Upholding integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality is key. Candidates should be proficient in working with HRMS Portals or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn them. The preferred experience for this role is between 2 to 4 years, and the educational qualification required is an MBA (HR) or MHRM (Full Time).,
