Senior Executive HR- Warehouse

Our client is a multinational apparel

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR professional to lead core HR operations at the warehouse facility. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing or apparel environments, with a strong grasp of compliance, labor laws, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.)
• Oversee attendance, leave, and coordinate payroll activities
• Handle employee grievances and enforce workplace discipline
• Liaise with authorities and external agencies during audits or inspections
• Support training initiatives and generate HR reports for management
• Bachelor&aposs or Masters degree in HR or related field
• Up to 4 years of HR experience in apparel/textile or warehouse setup
• Solid understanding of labor laws and compliance frameworks
• Proficient in MS Office and HR tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
