Location:

We are looking for a high-energy, hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end fresh talent(B.Tech's/MCA's) hiring with a strong focus on performance management and aligning resources to business needs. The position will work closely with business leaders to ensure effective workforce planning, optimal resource utilization, and strong peoplebusiness alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end onboarding and integration of new hires- specifically interns and trainees
  • Execute hiring and manage training programs for B.Tech graduates and fresh talent
  • Drive performance review cycles, goal setting, and continuous feedback mechanisms
  • Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and dynamic resource allocation
  • Enable career growth through learning initiatives and internal mobility opportunities
  • Track people metrics and share actionable HR insights with leaders

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Performance management
