Senior Executive- HR

Healthcare Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department managers and HR to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  
• Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to attract top healthcare talent.
  
• Post job openings on appropriate job boards, career sites, and social media platforms.
  
• Screen resumes, conduct phone/video interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Stay updated on market trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare industry best practices.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external agencies.
  
• Support onboarding and credentialing processes as needed.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  
• 1–6 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  
• Familiarity with healthcare roles, terminology, and compliance requirements.
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in using ATS, HRIS, and recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, IIM Jobs, Naukri, etc).
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of healthcare credentialing and licensing processes.
  
• Experience recruiting for clinical, non-clinical and sales, roles.
  
• Recruitment agency or healthcare staffing firm background is a plus.
