1. Identify department wise TNI-Staff & workmen.
2. Prepare yearly training calendar for staff & workmen.
3. Organize monthly training as per yearly calendar- staff & workmen.
4. Maintain all training records, attendance/trainee feedback/trainer feedback.
5. Measure effectiveness of training after a set period.
6. Retraining in case of operator fail in the effectiveness criteria.
7. Maintaining history card of each training.
8. Maintaining all records as per VSA/IATF requirement.
1. Planning of DOJO workmen training according to 6 days schedule.
2. Execution of DOJO training.
3. DOJO evaluation by written test on 3rd day & practical evaluation test on 6th day.
4. Allocation of DOJO manpower to department & tracking
5. Update dojo study material as per the customer requirement.
