Burson India team is looking for a Senior Executive- HR and L&D for our Gurugram office. As a Senior Executive, the individual will be responsible to manage staffing, recruiting and ongoing training, and Talent engagement & retention.
The individual must have comprehensive HR experience covering talent management, engagement, organizational change, HR advisory, and sensitive communications. Proven ability in talent acquisition, development, employee relations, and owning L&D operations (scheduling, logistics for efficient delivery).
What youll do:
HR
- Drive talent management across the business - including talent development plans, supporting the business with talent acquisition, resource requirements, succession planning and employee development.
- Drive and support the recruitment process to ensure campaigns attract the right quality candidates. Candidates who meet the requirements of each role but also who demonstrate the values of the organization.
- Manage employee benefit schemes / policies - evaluating benefits, recommending schemes to management, informing employees of available options, advising on the claim process.
- Responsible for administration of payroll and benefits, ensuring regulatory compliance, from legal audit and tax perspective.
- Conduct performance reviews with department managers and monitor employee productivity, attitudes, and performance results. Provide timely and relevant feedback and metrics with respect to same.
- Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, training hours per person, etc.
- Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.
- Manage audit, compliance, and SOX requirements for the organization.
- Generate & manage MIS and reporting for the HR function.
- Analysis of all HR data exit and attrition analysis, recruitment data analysis and vendor effectiveness analysis, forecasts, and global reporting.
- Maintains historical human resource records by managing the filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.
Learning & Development
- Design, Manage & own the Learning calendar for the year.
- Own training operations, schedules/calendars, travel logistics, transport, accommodation as required, to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
- Assess relevant training needs for staff individuals and organization, in consultation with departmental heads, including assessment methods and measurement systems entailed.
- Ensure Learning MIS / reports are always accurate and current.
- Managing the Training budget, including producing an annual budget and monitoring monthly spend.
- Identifying suitable training providers and venues, negotiating terms, and maintaining a contacts database
- With the Head - L&D, manage and run the Associate Learning Programme end to end.
Experience that contributes to success:
- A Postgraduate in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting and extrapolating employee data.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills.
