Conduct needs assessments across departments to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Design engaging learning programs (in-person, online, or hybrid) tailored to various roles and levels within the organization.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning courses either directly or in collaboration with external vendors.
Manage the LMS to ensure smooth onboarding, content updates, reporting, and user engagement.
Measure training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. Recommend improvements based on data.
Assist in developing succession plans and programs for high-potential employees and future leaders.
Coordinate mandatory training programs such as workplace safety, DEI, data protection, and other regulatory requirements.
Partner with department heads, HRBPs, and external trainers to ensure training initiatives align with business goals.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an L&D role.
Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning tools.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience using LMS platforms
