Job Description

Deloitte is looking for Senior Executive | Global payroll implementation or operations to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Lead and manage payroll operations for Rest of World (ROW) countries ensuring full compliance with local labor and tax regulations. Review and approve payroll reports, filings, and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders including HR, Finance, and external vendors for ROW payroll matters. Monitor and implement changes in legislation across global jurisdictions, ensuring timely updates to payroll systems and procedures. Oversee end-to-end tax reporting, social security compliance, and submission to relevant authorities. Develop and maintain compliance dashboards and risk registers for proactive governance. Mentor junior associates, providing technical and process guidance. Drive payroll audits, internal controls, and continuous improvement initiatives for accuracy and operational efficiency.
