Job Description

The Job Role is to control plant operations and drive & support various product cost and overhead reduction programmes by partnering with the various plant operation teams.

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for plant cost and control activities in partnership with operations to ensure effective and efficient plant performance.
Drive preparation and review of variable costs and overheads with regular variance analysis against budget, forecast, and actuals.
Facilitate annual budgeting for costs, KPIs, and overheads and ensure timely month-end closure and inventory control.
Ensure strong accounting hygiene, vendor/statutory reconciliations, and compliance with indirect tax laws such as GST.
Identify and monitor cost saving initiatives (including WCM projects) and support working capital optimization.
Prepare and review Capex proposals, support all audit activities, and ensure adherence to internal controls and SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be CMA with 02 Years of experience in similar field.
Handled plant finance role for end-to-end execution of Plant Finance & Controlling deliverables .
Major part of experience should be in Plant Finance Cross functional team working.
