Senior Executive - Finance & Accounts- Credit Control

As a Senior Executive Credit Control at our Mumbai office, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end credit control process. Your role will involve customer follow-ups, collections, reconciliations, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You should have solid experience in IT/software industry collections and be skilled in handling large corporate accounts. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the credit control and collection process for assigned accounts in the Mumbai region. - Prepare and analyze MIS reports, PPTs, and spreadsheets (Forecast vs Collection). - Focus on reconciliation, root cause analysis, and monitoring key metrics such as DSO, provisions, and ECL. - Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Finance, Tax, Billing) to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth processes. - Effectively manage large corporate accounts with professionalism. - Stay updated on taxation requirements; knowledge of GST will be an added advantage. Qualifications & Experience: - Minimum 10+2 with 60% marks, along with B.Com / M.Com degree. - At least 2 years of experience in credit control/collections, preferably in the IT/software industry. - Strong reconciliation and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Excel, SAP, and report preparation. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Team player with the ability to handle cross-functional coordination.
