Job Description

You are an experienced and dynamic Senior Recruitment Specialist (Female) responsible for leading talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on promoting diversity and inclusion within the workforce. Your role involves implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and maintaining a pipeline of qualified female candidates. You must ensure compliance with legal requirements, provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers, and contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes. Additionally, you will mentor junior recruiters and promote diversity and inclusion in all recruitment activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract high-quality female and diverse talent - Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements - Utilize multiple channels for sourcing candidates (job boards, social media, networking events) - Maintain a pipeline of qualified female candidates, supporting diversity goals - Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment activities and employer branding - Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies - Provide updates and feedback to candidates and hiring managers - Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to process improvement Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - Minimum 5-7 years of recruitment experience with a focus on talent acquisition and diversity hiring - Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, employment law, and diversity initiatives - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software - Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment Skills: - Talent sourcing and networking - Interviewing and assessment - Stakeholder management - Diversity and inclusion advocacy - Time management and organization - Problem-solving and decision-making The company offers health insurance, provident fund, day shift from Monday to Friday, performance bonus, and yearly bonus.
