Senior Executive (Female) Talent Acquisition

You will be responsible for leading our talent acquisition initiatives, focusing on promoting diversity and inclusion within our workforce. Your role as a Senior Recruitment Specialist (Female) will involve implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, especially top female and diverse talent. Your key responsibilities will include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, utilizing various channels for candidate sourcing, maintaining a pipeline of qualified female candidates, promoting diversity in recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies, providing timely updates to candidates and hiring managers, and mentoring junior recruiters. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on talent acquisition and diversity hiring. You should possess strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. Key Skills required for this position include talent sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, diversity and inclusion advocacy, time management, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is day shift, Monday to Friday, with additional bonuses such as performance and yearly bonuses.
