Senior Executive (F&A)

We are looking for an Senior Executive - F&A who will take care of financial accuracy and compliance initiatives for the company. Who will manage accounts payable and receivable, while overseeing GST and GL reconciliations. Collaborating with a dynamic team, you will ensure the financial records are precise and informative. Using advanced Excel and AI tools, you'll streamline accounting operations effectively. Success in this role is defined by timely and accurate financial reporting and improved operational efficiency.

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including invoice verification, vendor payments, and customer reconciliations.
• Ensure GST compliance, including preparation, reconciliation, and timely filing of GST returns.
• Perform General Ledger (GL) reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a regular basis.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including validation of financial data.
• Prepare and assist in MIS and management reports for internal review.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel (macros, templates, automation) to improve efficiency and accuracy in accounting processes.
• Coordinate with banks, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
• Monitor and control inventory accounting and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Assist in internal and statutory audits by providing required data and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes using Excel and emerging AI tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year

Experience:

• MS office Macros: 1 year (Required)
