About the role:

We are looking for a Finance professional with a work experience of 1-3 yrs from Ecommerce related background (Preferable). A team member responsible for Sales Return - Analysis, Reporting and Credit Analysis.

Responsibilities:

Position will be responsible for monitoring day to day Refunds & returns of orders.

Preparing reports on a regular basis.

Escalation of cases to the team where refunds are not received from vendors.

Consolidating monthly return reports.

Auditing of cases where credits are expected.

Credit memos reconciliation with Bank and invoices.

Monitoring the RMA process.

Preparing refund reports and processing SOP.

Qualifications & Skills:

At least Commerce Graduate or Post Graduate or an MBA in Finance.

An experienced person with a hand on AP.

Well-versed with Advance Excel.

Ready to work in night shift

Good communication skills.

Comfortable handling finance communication on call and mail, along with all the basic AP Tasks related to vendor management.

Have accounting knowledge and worked on US-based processes would be added advantage.
