Job Description

Role - Development and formulation of water-based interior and exterior decorative paints, ensuring performance, aesthetics, and regulatory compliance. Testing of paint formulations to ensure they meet company quality standards and performance criteria. Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth scale-up of formulations from laboratories to commercial production. Preferred candidate profile -Knowledge of paint formulations, Testing, pigments, and Emulsion 2-7 years' experience within the paint/Coating industry with specific expertise in decorative Interior and exterior water-based paints.
