Position : General Manager Qualification : LL.B Experience Required : 15 Years (10 Years in Real Estate or Co-worker) Responsibilities: Draft & review real estate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Conduct thorough due diligence and title searches to ensure clear property ownership. Ensure compliance with RERA regulations, filings, and project approvals. Handle litigation matters, including disputes, claims, and regulatory proceedings. Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government bodies. Manage legal risks associated with real estate transactions and corporate matters. Provide legal advisory support to internal teams on property laws and compliance. Develop and implement legal policies and best practices for real estate operations. Lead and mentor the legal team, ensuring effective coordination and performance.
