Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections targets by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Reports (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Track case to case resolutions.

Ensure resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Target achievement management.

Ensure regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis of collection activities.

Risk management related to debt collection.

Team leadership and guidance.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt collection and portfolio management.

Strong understanding of regulatory compliance related to debt recovery.

Ability to develop and implement effective debt collection strategies.

Experience in team leadership and vendor management.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in reporting, analysis, and risk management.

Ability to handle escalations and resolve issues efficiently.

Willingness to travel for customer and agency visits.
