Job Description

Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural
Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts. Duties and Responsibilities

Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.

Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.

Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.

Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.

Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).

Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.

Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.

Portfolio management.

Debt collection strategy development and execution.

Target achievement.

Regulatory compliance.

Reporting and analysis.

Risk management.

Team leadership.

Vendor management.

Coordinate with internal and external clients.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Proven experience in debt collection and recovery processes.

Experience in managing collections targets through field visits and agency coordination.

Strong knowledge of legal compliance in repossession activities.

Ability to maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Experience in preparing and analyzing collection reports.

Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations efficiently.

Experience with risk report management and case tracking.

Capability to develop and execute collection strategies.

Experience in portfolio management and achieving defined targets.

Understanding of regulatory requirements in debt management.

Strong analytical, reporting, and risk management skills.

Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.

Experience with vendor management and client coordination.
