 Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Rural 
 Job Purpose 
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.  Duties and Responsibilities 
  • Achieve collections target by visiting customers and agencies.
  • Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.
  • Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.
  • Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
  • Manage Daily Risk Report (DRR).
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.
  • Case-to-case tracking and resolution as per AOP within agreed timelines.
  • Portfolio management.
  • Debt collection strategy development and execution.
  • Target achievement.
  • Regulatory compliance.
  • Reporting and analysis.

  • Coordinate with internal and external clients.

  •  Required Qualifications and Experience 
  • Proven experience in debt collection and recovery processes.
  • Experience in managing collections targets through field visits and agency coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of legal compliance in repossession activities.
  • Ability to maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Experience in preparing and analyzing collection reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations efficiently.
  • Experience with risk report management and case tracking.
  • Capability to develop and execute collection strategies.
  • Experience in portfolio management and achieving defined targets.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements in debt management.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and risk management skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities and experience managing teams.
  • Experience with vendor management and client coordination.
