Senior Executive - Debt Management Services - Consumer

Job Purpose
The Debt Management Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating the recovery of overdue payments on loans or credit accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Achieve collections target by visiting customers/agency.Monitor performance against set parameters and provide regular updates.Ensure legal guidelines are complied with while repossessing products.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide regular reports on collection activities and performance.Handle escalations promptly and effectively to resolve issues.
• Daily DRR (Daily Risk Report) managementDevelop and implement strategies to improve collection rates.Case to Case trackingResolution at per AOP with in agreed timelinesPortfolio ManagementDebt Collection Strategy
